道路工程岗位职责

Reporting to the Facility Management Manager, the person in charge will be the maximum responsible of the Maintenance regarding the Test tracks.

向构筑物管理经理汇报,负责人对测试道路维护负有最大责任。 RESPONSIBILITIES职责 New Facilities: 新的构筑物:

Coordinate and lead the team that will lead from A to Z the construction and installation of all new facilities in the complex that involves the test tracks.

协调和领导团队负责所有涉及测试道路的综合性新构筑物从开始建设和安装到结束的全过程。

Coordinate and lead the maintenance team for the daily and programed maintenance actions (Preventive and corrective maintenance) regarding the test tracks.

To define the Maintenance budget for the year and keep all the facilities (test tracks) in a perfect shape and functioning.

制定来年的维护预算,保持所有构筑物(测试道路)处于完美的外形和功能。

To define and implement the maintenance plan for the test tracks (preventive and corrective) along the time. 制定并计划执行测试路线的维护计划(预防性和纠正性的)。 24 hours availability for solving any urgent maintenance issues.

24小时待命解决秒钟任何紧急的维护结构性问题。

Report to Facility Management Manager on the maintenance actions to be done in the test track.

向构筑物管理经理报告针对测试道路所开展的维护行动。 Collect, study and execute (if required) the petitions and requirements from clients (internal and external) from civil works and utilities point of view.

收集、研究和执行(如有必要)客户(内部和外部的)关于土建工作和公共设施的请求和土建工程要求。

Ensure the compliance with local regulations and

IDIADA’s best practices regarding environmental management of the tracks.

Profile背景:

Experienced to work in service companies preferably in Road or civil works linear constructions.

有在道路或土木工程线性建设服务公司工作的经验。

It is not essential experience, but work and management experience on roads and highways will be valued.

非必需经验,但有和高速公路的建设和管理经验视为加分项。 Experience in human resources management will be valued. 有人员管理经验是加分项。

Capable of team working but also capable of taking decisions autsly.

User level knowledge of IT management tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint or equivalents; Computer-aided design tools autocad or similar.

Knowledge and concern the prevention of occupational hazards related to maintenance activities.

Civil or Construction engineer, experienced in the Construction design or Road Maintenance.
