摘要：The temperature sensor has a measuring resistance (1) provided by a thin-filmresistance layer (16) applied to an electrically insulating substrate surface and enclosedby temperature-resistant plastics sheathing (10), acting as a primary housing, enclosed bya plastics outer housing (13). The current leads (4,5) for the measuring resistance projectthrough the plastics sheathing and the outer housing, which provide a gas-tight and fluid-tight seal between the measuring resistance and the atmosphere.
