摘要:介绍了大容量动力型锂离子电池10Ah电池和高功率7.5Ah电池的产品设计、技术指标确认、 主要原材料的选择、制造工艺过程和性能检测情况。两种型号产品经美全检测实验室按照UL12标准检测,符合标准要求并取得UL认证。动力型10Ah电池以0.5C电流进行充电放循环,在100%DOD的条件下,循环寿命500次时能达到80%的额定容量。在-40℃条件下,以0.2C电流放电至终止电压,放电容量可达%的额定容量.高功率7.5Ah电池能以26.6C(200A)电流放电18秒。以1.5C电流进行充放电循环,在100%DOD的条件下,循环寿命在1200次时,仍能达到额定容量的80%。在-40℃条件下,以0.2C电流放电至终止电压,放电容量可达额定容量的86%。 关键词: 电动自行车 锂离子电池 设计 性能
The development and manufacture of Lithium ion EV
battery with high capacity

Abstract: the lithium ion high power batteries with the capacity of 10Ah and 7.5Ah have been introduced about their designs, performance , choice of main raw materials, manufacture process and their quality control. Both of the two kinds of battery have passed the UL 12 test and obtained the certification. After 500 cycles at 0.5C, the 10Ah high power battery is higher than 80% nominal capacity. At -40℃, the 10Ah and 7.5Ah high power battery can deliver % and 86% nominal capacity at 0.2C respectively. Under 26.6C (200A), the discharging of 7.5Ah high power battery can last 18 seconds, and its normal capacity fading is less than 20% with 100% DOD at 1.5C after 1200 cycles.
