论文格式要求

毕业论文一般由三部分组成：

一、正文前部分

1． 封面（汉语封面在前，英语封面在后） 2． 内容摘要 （中文摘要在前，英文摘要在后）

3. 目录 （只需英文）

1． 封面：汉语封面一律使用我院统一设计的毕业论文封面，封面要求用汉语书写。

英文封面的格式举例如下：

1.外语类研究论文一般由四部分组成: 引言 (集中介绍论文的主要论点、研究目的、讨论的方法、拟采用的研究材料和研究的预期结果或结论)；文献综述（对相关文献或已有研究成果的综述或述评）； 讨论分析（这是论文的主要部分）；结论（对全文研究成果的归纳和总结）。

2．正文部分要求主、次论点层次分明，序号编排清楚。

3. 论文正文字数 (从Introduction起算至bibliography 止)要求在3500—5000字左右.论文每章开始需重新起页,页码范围从Introduction起算至bibliography止,正文前部分无须插入页码。文内图片或扫描打印或用碳素墨笔绘制。

4.正文中引文若超过40字，需单独成段。去除引号，字号缩小（小四号字）。段落左侧整体向右缩进4个字母，右侧与上段平齐。在引文最后标注序号（文学类）或做夹注（非文学类）。

文学类论文：（引文需统一作尾注，置于结论之后，参考文献之前， 文中引文根据其出现

的先后顺序用序号

非文学类论文： 文中引文需作夹注, 即: (作者姓氏, 出版年:页码），正文与引文间需空1行。 We can know the relationship of language performance and metapragmatic awareness in Verschueren’s article:

The relationship between conceptualizations and practices of linguistic action, in spite of

the surface reflection of some of its properties in patterns of lexicalization, is to be situated at the more subliminal level of metapragmatic awareness. It forms the basis of language and language use which are changed rarely within a given community. (Verschueren, 2000:197)

Once language ideologies constitute in the mind, metapragmatic awareness will stand in the leading place and control the speaker’s utterance automatically.

三. 正文后部分:

（一）注释：非文学类论文中的引文只需在文中做夹注，文学类论文中的引文需统一做尾注Notes，置于参考文献之前单独成页，其中的引注要按其在正文中出现的顺序，标明序号列出；格式采用首行缩进。

尾注格式如下：

1.“大标题”的字型字号：Times New Roman，3号字 ，粗体，居中； “小标题”的字型字号：Times New Roman，4号字 ，粗体，左对齐； 2. “内容摘要”和“关键词”的字型字号：

宋体（中文）或Times New Roman（英文），4号或小4号字； 3．“正文”的字型字号：Times New Roman，4号字； 4. “参考文献”和“引注”的字型字号：Times New Roman，小4号字； 5. 全部内容顺序在A4纸上打印；

6．具体格式：行跨度：22磅；栏数：1；页边距：上3cm，下2.5 cm，左2cm，右2.5cm，装订线：1cm；装订位置：左侧 页码居中
