OTIC (Ningxia Orient Tantalum Industry Co. Ltd), established on April 30.1999, is a listed company mainly sponsored by Ningxia non-ferrous smelter that was set up in 1965,.

OTIC is a large enterprise specializing in the rare metals technology, development and production. It is the largest production base of tantalum, niobium products in China, and the leading Tantalum-Niobium Research Center. now it belongs to CNMNC that is the parent company. And it is the first official member of Tantalum-Niobium International Study Centre (TIC) and the only executive member in Asia.

Titanium products plant, founded in 2008, is the specialized manufacturing base of OTIC, we own five workshop in all they are meltshop, forge shop, seamless tubes shop, welded tube shop and wire shop. The fixed assets is about 1.1 billion dollars and the total construction area is about 50000 square meters. Relaying on the formidable resources of OTIC’s scientific research ability, manufacture experience, quality control ability, domestic and foreign sales network, Titanium subsidiary company will certainly be a competitive company. The titanium products plant mainly manufacture titanium and titanium alloys ingots, sheets and plates, pipe and tubes, bars and billets, forge parts ,wires ,discs and other mill parts. Products cover all common alloy kinds. Equipments used in Titanium products plant are advanced in today’s world, technical process get better and optimized after many years of research, development and improvement. The products are mainly aimed at chemical, aerospace, ship, nuclear and other high-end application areas. 4. Casting workshop

The melt shop, more than 10,000 square meters, international advanced Automatic material mixing system form Germany OAS Company, 5 Consumable Vacuum Arc Furnace made in Germany ALD company( one 1 T ,3T and 8T each two sets ), advanced 6000 T oil hydraulic press and Vacuum plasma welding chamber.

We provide Titanium and Titanium alloy ingot 4000 T every year, Ø 290 ~900 x 0~ 2800 mm.

5. Forging shop

The forging shop: total area is about 5,000 square meters, we use : 8 sets Billet Heating Furnace, 1 set 6m Vacuum Anneal Furnace, 1600 tons High Speed Forging Press, XSP -13 Precision Press import form Austria, billet peeler, 3 ton Electro hydraulic Hammer.

We provide: precision forging titanium and titanium alloy rods, Ø25 ~ 130 x 1000 ~ 6000 mm. Big size rods Ø ≥130 mm., plates, rings, other shape of forging parts. 棒材矫直机bar straightener. 电阻炉机组 resistance furnace. 7. seamless shop

The shop constructions area about 30,000 square meters, main equipment: domestic advanced 35MN 卧式双动油压挤压机Horizontal double-acting oil extruding machine，Ø 140 三辊斜轧穿孔机Three rollers skew puncher，LD120五辊冷轧管机，five roller cold-rolling pipe miller, LG120 二辊冷轧管机five roller cold-rolling pipe miller，LG60HL,LD60,LG30HLL,LD30,LD15 X 2, LD8 X 2 and so on, 等系列. 辊式矫直机4 roll straightener. 5 vacuum anneal furnace（16 m）.水气压试验机. 3500 T extruding machine.
