摘要：An adjustable device stand includes a suction base, an adjusting module, and aload-supporting module. The adjusting module includes a rotatable structure rotatablymounted on the suction base and a rack and pinion assembly. The rack and pinion

assembly includes a gear box, a gear, a rack, a knob, and a locking piece. The gear box isrotatably mounted on the rotatable structure, a rotation direction of the rotatablestructure is perpendicular to a rotation direction of the gear box. The gear is received inthe gear box. The rack meshes with the gear. The knob is configured for driving the gearto rotate. The locking piece is configured for locking or unlocking the rack. The load-supporting module is mounted on the rack. A device carried by the stand can be adjustedto a variety of angular pose, and the height of the device is adjustable.
