摘要：Provided is an implant comprising: a platform; a deformable pad affixed to theplatform and adapted to seat two or more bearings; and the two or more bearings. Thedeformable pad can have a number of neutral positions matching the number ofbearings, with the deformability of the pad adapted to apply force on the bearings anytime the bearings are displaced laterally, with the force being in the direction of thecorresponding neutral position.
