摘要：Test method for optimizing the collection of tolls from vehicles on toll roads ofa road network, which is carried out by a vehicle-mounted position-determining unit and avehicle-external management unit which has a data connection to the latter, the tollroads of the road network having detection zones (E) superimposed on them in anelectronic image of the road network and the vehicle-mounted position-determining unittransmitting toll-related data to the management unit when vehicle positions (PE) aredetermined within the detection range (E). According to the invention, there is provisionfor monitoring zones (K) to be additionally provided in the electronic image of the roadnetwork, which monitoring zones (K) are assigned to detection zones (E) and in theirspatial extent extend in each case beyond the detection zone (E) assigned to them, theposition-determining unit transmitting the position data (PK), located within themonitoring zone (K), of the vehicle to the management unit when vehicle positions (PK)are determined within the monitoring zone (K) and outside the detection zone (E).
